Bone & Joint Week 2026 – Back Pain & Back Care Awareness Talk

As part of IOA Bone & Joint Week 2026, the Udupi Forum of Orthopaedic Surgeons (UFOS) conducted an awareness talk on Back Pain and Back Care for the GNM nursing students at LMH College of Nursing.

The programme focused on creating awareness about back pain, back care, and the importance of maintaining spinal health among nursing students. The session was conducted as part of the Bone & Joint Week initiative to promote musculoskeletal health and preventive care.
