Bone & Joint Week 2026 – Day 3: Free Bone & Joint Check-up Camp

Organised by: Koppal Orthopaedic Society in association with BBC Trust Multispeciality Hospital, Gangavathi

As part of Bone & Joint Week 2026 – Day 3, the Koppal Orthopaedic Society, in association with BBC Trust Multispeciality Hospital, Gangavathi, conducted a Free Bone & Joint Check-up Camp.

The camp was conducted by the DNB postgraduate students of the hospital. A total of 53 patients were evaluated during the camp, comprising:

7 trauma cases
18 patients with mechanical low back pain
28 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee

The camp was successfully conducted as part of the Bone & Joint Week activities, providing free orthopaedic evaluation for patients in the community.
