Bone & Joint Week 2026 – Day 4: Injury Free India

As part of IOA Bone & Joint Week 2026, Day 4 was observed with the theme "Injury Free India." An Injury Prevention Awareness Programme was conducted for the hospital workers at K S Hegde Charitable Hospital, Deralakatte.

The session was delivered by Dr. Sreedhish Nambiar under the theme "Safety is the Best Treatment." The programme focused on creating awareness about the prevention of road traffic injuries, workplace accidents, sports injuries, home safety, and hand injury prevention.

As part of the awareness initiative, safety awareness posters were displayed in the Outpatient Department (OPD) to reinforce key safety messages. The programme was successfully conducted as part of the IOA Bone & Joint Week 2026 activities.
