Bone & Joint Week 2026 – Emergency Airway Management Training

As part of Bone & Joint Week 2026, the Hassan Orthopaedic Association conducted a hands-on training programme for medical interns and junior doctors at HIMS, Hassan.

The training included cadaveric hands-on sessions on Intercostal Chest Drain (ICD) insertion and cricothyroidectomy, providing practical exposure in emergency procedures.

The programme was conducted under the leadership of Dr. Sreeranga, President, Hassan Orthopaedic Association, and aimed at enhancing the emergency procedural skills of interns and junior doctors.
