The Mysore Orthopaedic Association conducted a CME on 30th May 2026, marking the assumption of office by the new executive committee under the leadership of Dr. Ajay Hegde as President and Dr. Ravikiran H. G. as Secretary.

The scientific program featured an informative lecture by Dr. Samarth Arya on the management of infectious diseases using STIMULAN, followed by an insightful session by Dr. Jayanth Sampath on the management of chronic osteomyelitis. Both lectures were highly appreciated for their practical relevance and clinical value.

The CME witnessed enthusiastic participation from postgraduate trainees as well as senior orthopaedic surgeons, providing an excellent platform for academic interaction and knowledge sharing. The event was well received and marked a successful beginning for the new leadership of the Mysore Orthopaedic Association.
