School Children Posture Awareness Programme

A School Children Posture Awareness Programme was conducted on 3rd August 2026 by the Koppal Orthopaedic Society in association with BBC Trust Multispeciality Hospital, Gangavathi.

The programme focused on posture awareness among school children and included screening for congenital kyphosis and scoliosis. Awareness sessions and screening activities were carried out as part of the programme.

Nursing students actively participated in the programme, assisting in the awareness and screening activities. The event was successfully conducted as part of the society's community outreach initiative.
